Eva, the girl mouse with metallic red eyes: Dark chocolate shell infused with hibiscus rosehip tea ganache (alcohol free).  The ears are Callebaut "Ruby" chocolate.  Tip of the nose is purple sugar.

The platform: Dark chocolate 70% cocoa. Alcohol free.
