The teddy bear's head and body are shaped by dark chocolate shells filled with ganache.  Customer can choose between Ecila's signature "sake ganache" and the non-alcoholic "caramel ganache". 

The purple truffle next to the teddy bear has a white chocolate shell infused with subtle-flavoured sake-kasu lavender ganache.   

Both the teddy bear and the purple truffle are set on a thin piece of dark chocolate plate.

The Teddy Bear Set is packaged in a clear box.
