The teddy bear's head and body are shaped by dark chocolate shells filled with ganache.  Customer can choose between Ecila's signature "sake ganache" and the non-alcoholic "caramel ganache". 

The purple truffle next to the teddy bear has a white chocolate shell infused with subtle-flavoured sake-kasu lavender ganache.   A heart-shaped dark chocolate is seen on top of the purple truffle.  The colourful pattern on the "heart chocolate" is hand-painted.  

Both the teddy bear and the purple truffle are set on a thin piece of dark chocolate plate.  Edible dry flower mix is scattered on the dark chocolate plate near the bear and purple truffle.

The Teddy Bear Set is packaged in a clear box.
