We, the adventurous eaters, had a taste of a “rare” sake in Ontario, the “Tatenokawa Junmai Daiginjo Nigori” Nama-zake (only 24 bottles available here!); and merrily paired it with modern Japanese cuisine!

I knew how to appreciate alcoholic beverages at a young age. I feel like I was born with it. Until a day I discovered the unmentioned family history...
